Guardian Security Force is a trusted security and facility management organization headquartered in Pune, Maharashtra. The company was founded by Hon. Capt. Sampat D. Shitole (Retd.), an Indian Army veteran who served for more than 32 years in the infantry.

The organization was established with the objective of bringing military discipline, operational preparedness, and professional security practices into the civil and corporate environment.

What began as a team of disciplined ex servicemen has grown into a structured organization providing services to industrial, commercial, residential, and institutional clients across Maharashtra.

Guardian Security Force focuses on dependable manpower, structured supervision, and operational systems that ensure reliable security coverage for every client.

Founder & Guiding Force

Hon. Capt. Sampat D. Shitole (Retd.)

Capt. Sampat Shitole served in the Indian Army for more than 32 years as part of the Infantry. His military service included assignments in operational environments & strategic deployments.

During his service he completed specialized military courses including:

  • Weapon Training
  • Jungle Warfare
  • Individual Physical Training
  • Driving and Mechanical Training
  • Platoon Commander Course
  • Commando and Counter Insurgency Operations

After retirement with the honorary rank of Captain, he established Guardian Security Force to extend his mission of disciplined service and protection into the civilian sector.
His leadership philosophy continues to guide the organization.

Managing Director

Rushal S. Shitole

Responsible for strategic growth, business development, & client relationship management. He oversees operational expansion and ensures service delivery standards across the organization.

General Manager

Abhishek P. Shitole

Responsible for day to day operations including manpower deployment, compliance monitoring, training supervision, and implementation of operational procedures across sites.
